Project Support: Reiner's Deck

We have a wonderful opportunity to serve and bless an elderly couple in our community, Jim and Nancy, who are in urgent need of our help. Jim is bravely battling pancreatic cancer, enduring the challenges of chemotherapy, weight loss, and weakness following a complex Whipple surgery. As his health struggles mount, so do their financial burdens, leaving them unable to address critical repairs to their home.

The entry to their home is a deteriorating wood deck with rotting steps that need replacement to ensure safety and accessibility. While the back deck has been recently restored with new wood, it still requires staining to protect it for years to come.

Jim and Nancy have shown immense grace and gratitude through their challenges. However, they cannot do this alone—and that's where we come in.

This is more than a project; it’s a chance to show Christ’s love in action, to lift up a family in need, and to bring hope to their doorstep. With your hands and hearts, we can create a safe, welcoming entry to their home and demonstrate that they are not walking this journey alone.
